On edit: some changes due to brainstorming the menu while we went to the bank.
Lamb, cooked in the slow cooker with plenty of vegetables. I'm not sure what we're going to do with it, however--serve it with the vegetables or make it into some other dish. Revised: turning into a Thai dish with the rice, adding basil, cilantro, and mango.
Baby eggplants, roasted with onions. Revised: will be turned into mellanzanna funghetta. Basically eggplant and tomato.
Salad made with ruffly lettuce from the garden. Revised: adding Gala apples, orange-marinated raisins, garden celery, and toasted walnuts.
Dessert: Santa Claus melon, green grapes.

(68,667 posts)own cream of chicken sauce (gluten free) I layer the sauce, Broccoli, chicken and more sauce on top...tiny amount of cheese on top. I have to watch dairy. I buy the Cabot Cheddar which is labeled lactose free...never had an issue with it. I made jasmine rice in the instapot and added a salad with everything but the kitchen sink and homemade Ranch dressing...very satisfying! Dessert will be a bar of some sort and a latte.
