Used an overnight roll recipe, got up at 5am to put them into the proofer for two hours (went back to bed till 7).

A major hit with everyone.

on pumpernickel rye, the thin kind that the Germans make.

Hot mug of ginger tea. An orange shortly.

Now I'm on the cookbook prowl for a salad idea for lunch or dinner. I'm thinking something with quinoa.
