What's for Dinner, Mon., June 10, 2019

Starting off with salad with grilled salmon in it.

Next up will be a Trader Joe's Alsatian pizza.

Dessert will be a cookie sandwich made with a TJ's vanilla cookie and hazelnut butter. Chamomille tea because it's cool and rainy here.

1. Alsatian pizza, haven't had that!

Likely having TJ's Chile Relleno, mint chip ice cream for a LATE dessert.

2. Sauteed vegetables (red onion, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)

with roasted pork.

3. Chicken Enchilada Casserole

And a nice garden salad with lots of fresh veggies, homemake dressing! YUM.

I haven't thought about dessert. There's some fruit, some cookies and 1/2 of an ice cream sandwich.


Edited for Mom & Dad's dinner: cheeseburgers, corn on the cob, potato salad, fruit salad, pickles, and applesauce. Chocolate Oreos for dessert.

Lentil Soup and bread with a tahini spread on it. Cold tea
