What my mom calls ' Tomato Salad', diced tomatoes in cottage cheese, but I add minced onion, avocados, jalapenos, cilantro, a bit of salsa S&P.
And of course, the divines gift, coffee & 1-2& 1-2.

Thursday and Fridays are our "weekends." We slept in today and the Landlady(!) made poached eggs on toast topped with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of black caviar. We had tomato and cucumber on the side and complimented it all with Bloody Marys.
