I'm almost always a ribeye guy, but the porterhouse was on sale this week. Nice marbling.

With seasoned handcut (oven) fries, and a salad of sweet onion, cukes and tomatoes.

(Like you expected anything else when I grill up a steak?)

Thanks--the RG cooked up some cannellinis and I have roasted red peppers to use, too. I think I'll make that spread they have called Roasted Red Pepper and Cannellini Dip. He's off to AZ, so I can do whatever I want with them!

Lots of good ideas at that link. The fritters look de-lish, too.
