Beef-vegetable soup. I made the stock this morning. All the veggies are chopped and ready to go in.

Ran out of steam to cook tonight. House chores are done, car is ready for next week's road trip (Vegas, baby!). I'm pooped.

(2,302 posts)It's going to sound insane, but I love it. Heat up a can of Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, just as it came from the can (you can add a shake of Worcestershire sauce). Then make an omelet. Pour about half of the soup over. Eat. I have no idea why this works, but it does. Buttered toast is a good addition to your plate.

(1,451 posts)Men's retreat this weekend and I prepared roasted turkey breast, red skinned mashed potatoes, stuffing/dressing (pick your part of the country), green beans, hot rolls, and individual pumpkin pies. For 120 and they loved it
