What to cook this week. (NYT)

We've still got a few days left until the official start of summer but we're already cooking as if we lived on a beach under tropical skies. This week is shaping up for some beautiful eating.

I'm fine. Saw high school classmates on Saturday, for 'birthdays' party here, and it was very nice, some good friends, so we renewed New Old Friends.
