Leftover night - I am going to have one tonight

I have left over pasta, leftover tomatoes that I baked with cheese, now I need to figure out what to put together with it. I also have salad material, so I will be making a green salad.

blacken in a skillet, a little sea salt - been wanting to try these for a long time!

Oh yes - leftover Farro Jambalaya and some fresh corn and squash.

I'll throw that in with some onions after I caramelize them, then throw the baked tomato cheese slices on top of each serving of pasta and douse with alfredo (all pretty much leftover except the fresh ingredients)

Cool afternoon here, great time to grill outside. Made the rice w/ 50 - 50 mix of water and almond milk. A nice twist on basic rice. A lot of food for me, but there's a good leftover dinner or lunch in the fridge.
