I make a Moroccan lamb dish with prunes that makes a yummy sauce for the couscous. Now you've got me thinking about the next time I'll make it.

Leftovers for a few days!

But I hadn't been thinking of doing them like that--but I am now! That menu sounds killer. Is Vietnamese coffee and product or a method?

very, very strong coffee--a finely ground blend, over it. Stir, and add hot water if you need it.

This sounds like the sort of special treat that guests would like. I am allergic to cow's milk, but I could have the coffee!

There are recipes out there if you google it. Never tried them though I have been considering it to try to come up with something to replace the half and half I use in my coffee every day.

msanthrope your meal sounds great. I may have to try making a veggie curry.

Tonight I had a big salad and a few toasted cheese ravioli w/ sauce.

Because diabetes is rampant in my family tree, I wasn't allowed to drink coffee until I could drink it black so I have never added anything like sugar or milk/cream/etc. to coffee. Your big salad and cheese ravioli sounds like a healthy meal that I'm sure you enjoyed to the max.
