Bread day!
I haven't had to bake for 10 days or more. Made a fresh white yeast bread loaf, just had my warm slice.
I also cooked some eggs. I made 2 deviled eggs, with a dab of Aldi Classic Caesar Dressing. They are delicious. I put 4 hard-cooked eggs into soy sauce to soak. I saw this recipe online several years ago, and I love them. All you do is hard boil eggs, peel and rinse, put them in a dish and add soy sauce. Let them sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. I use a small dish and roll them over till they are all the same color. I imagine they will last a few days, but not around here

Back to the kitchen. I cooked Sunday after I did dishes and piled up another sinkful. Today, I am washing as I go, so my kitchen stays clean for awhile.
