Later this morning smoked salmon, cream cheese onion and tomato on a bagel and coffee.

So pretty, I even took a picture of it. Really it’s just a can of kippered herring plus leftovers from the fridge.

and my type of breakfast, too. Cold veggies, plus I love herrings, kippers, that sort of thing.

Naan bread with mascarpone, smoked salmon, and chopped scallion (scallion from the garden). Fresh pot of decaf.

In a bit, a sliced Pink Lady apple.

Spinbaby's post has reminded me to chop up a bowl of fresh veggies for quick salads throughout the day.
