3. Prolly corned beef on rye though it was so good just with mashed taters and cabbage

We’ll see. Some form of corned beef for sure. Buttery steamed cabbage and mashed potatoes (inexplicably not being made into colcannon, but I may get the urge).

with 'Greek style' marinade on top of a salad.

10. The obvious

Corned beef cooked in the crock pot since this morning. Cabbage with small potatoes and carrots. Rye bread on the side. Shots of Irish whiskey.
