What's for Dinner, Wed., Mar. 17, 2021

Pork sausages.

Cannellinis with tuna, chopped celery, and red onion.

Dessert: fruit pastry (cherries, plums) with orange marmalade on top, sprinkled with walnuts.

We're watching "From the Vine," streaming on Amazon. It's reminding the RG of his days in Italy.

We’ll see. Some form of corned beef for sure. Buttery steamed cabbage and mashed potatoes (inexplicably not being made into colcannon, but I may get the urge).

Jameson truffles! (that's not all, and the truffles were for daughter and son in law!)

Salmon, bacon lettuce & tomato on ciabatta.

Corned beef cooked in the crock pot since this morning. Cabbage with small potatoes and carrots. Rye bread on the side. Shots of Irish whiskey.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
