when I need to move, but don't feel up for a regular workout UPDATED 5/4/2021

this is easy and feels good to do:

love,
eShirl

PS - this is commercially unavailable, since the original vhs tape from... guessing the 1980's

***UPDATE 5/4/2021***
- minutes ago, the official Richard Simmons channel posted a "part 1" of Stretching To the Classics:

* "new" classical music
* video still needs remastering

3. I laughed when I saw it was Richard Simmons

...but I've been at my desk for a couple of hours and realized that I needed the stretch. It is a good one! Did it all the way.

Thanks!

5. I start the day with my own bastardized version of Tai Chi movements.

Not at all authentic, just a bit of stretching and flexing to get the blood flowing.

7. Here's what I did: I found an exercise bike that I could use while watching Jeopardy

Mine is comfortable for us seniors, padded seat and back, grab bars to the side to steady yourself. Not expensive but you have to be able to put it together or, like us, have someone who is handy do it. I started slowly and have worked up to20 minutes twice a day. Took Saturday off when I was super busy out of the house but goal is achievable most days. It gets my heart rate up a bit and is wonderful for my arthritic knees! It was reasonably priced and I got free shipping.
