When did Instant Watcher get rid of the "Upcoming" feature?

1. I don't know--it disappeared all of a sudden

It was useful for telling the little brats on the Facebook Netflix page who whine (in illiterate ways) because Netflix doesn't show every single movie they want to see, including some that are still in theaters, when they could expect their favorite gross-out comedy or slasher film to show up.
