This was a very good talk. I liked the speaker's thoughts very much.

I've been watching a cable reality show about Gypsies. I love the opportunity for a glimpse of a lifestyle and culture normally closed to outsiders. They are very protective of their daughters. Anyone else watch Gypsy Sisters of the Gypsy Wedding, show?

You can see the definite gender roles being strictly enforced. It is like watching MadMen and being reminded of how it used to be.

These 'roles' are learned behavior not genetics as far as I see it.
