Since you would assume you are safe at work. And she reported her concerns before it happened. And clearly this is forcible or "legitimate" rape in Conservative speak.
The bigwigs don't want to payout the damages she deserves. They want to make it partially her fault. You know, like because she is a woman, in the first place.
