DC: mayor signs bill banning 'ex-gay' therapy for minors

From the article:

At the beginning of this month, Truth Wins Out commended the Washington DC city council for voting unanimously to ban the notoriously discredited and harmful practice of “ex-gay” or “reparative” therapy for minors, noting that the practice is roundly condemned by all major medical and mental health professional bodies. Washington mayor Vincent Gray has now signed that bill.

I've met a few "ex-gays." They are the gayest people I know. They just stopped having sex. (There is a pretty high "relapse" rate though.)
