It's...hm...OK. Taste is decent, but the roast itself leaves something to be desired (in my opinion). I like this one because it has a crust, giving it a dry skin. The Gardein roast is pretty wet, but not unpleasant.

It's odd, but I really don't miss meat as much as I miss eggs for some reason. Tofu scramble is fine, maybe I don't have the right recipe. Any suggestions?
