By Vicki Vaughan : February 26, 2014
SAN ANTONIO A federal agency on Wednesday sharply criticized Tesoro Corp. for barring its investigators from continuing their investigation of a Feb. 12 accident that occurred at the company's Martinez, Calif., refinery.
In a letter to Tesoro CEO Gregory Goff, the U.S. Chemical Safety Board blasted the company for standing in the way its investigation, saying the company's action creates a real concern that Tesoro may be trying to withhold other facts and issues from the agency.
The letter was addressed to Tesoro CEO Gregory Goff and signed by safety board Chairman Rafael Moure-Eraso.
Tesoro officials were not immediately available for comment Wednesday. Locally based Tesoro is an independent refiner and marketer.

They're shooting Americans with drones in Yemen for less.
I don't what country you want to live in, but I'd like mine to look out for me and my neighbors, even if they are thousands of miles away.

(3,249 posts)If that's the way you want the government to work, and don't care about the Constitution, fine. There are many here that think like you.
