Stand Up Against Union Busting

Recently, Park Maintenance workers for the City of Bloomington exercised their rights and voted to unionize with AFSCME. Now, the city is appealing the vote & trying to prevent these workers from bargaining collectively.

If the city gets its way, it will set a dangerous precedent for any public sector worker who wants to join a union.

We need your help on Monday, November 19.

The Bloomington City Council will be meeting at 7pm and we want to send a strong message that these union busting tactics will not be tolerated by Minnesota's Labor Community.

WHERE: Bloomington City Hall, 1800 West Old Shakopee Rd, Bloomington
WHEN: Monday, November 19, 7pm
RSVP

Please join us on Monday.

In solidarity,

Shar Knutson
Minnesota AFL-CIO President
