Hector Padilla lost his Las Vegas house after the 2007-09 recession. It could be happening all over again.

A 50-year-old former construction worker, Mr. Padilla helped build the Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and Venetian casinos on the Strip, which has been a ghost town since shutting down amid the new coronavirus outbreak. Yes a few will be paid thru May 1. Then there are non Union Casino Workers who we are hearing to be in 60k that got tossed early on and we are hearing their Employers are challenging their Unemployment Claims.

The Casino Hotel Lobbying Group claims only 20% will be hired back after things open up. This is going to create another Housing Bust here in our Valley. And this time it will be even more severe than 2007 - 2012.
