Anybody use Staples' android app? I wanted...

it for coupons and points, but then I read the comments and the first 50 or so said it sucks-- coupons and points functions don't work even if you can get it to start.

Can anything be that bad?

Yes, anything can really be that bad...Some companies have no integrity, people find that out, and well some say it sucks..Hell, years ago, in the 70s, I had incredible respect for Sears, the largest retailer in the country. So, I read in the paper, way back, that their salesmen in the washer/dryer department often pulled.."bait and switch" and that the company admitted it, and paid a huge fine at the time. Sears? Yes, companies can..be that bad
