1. First two "NO"s aren't Biden supporters.
Perhaps they should stick to their own group?

2. Shouldn't that happen only after he officially gets in the race?

3. I think not. Biden is a DU choice option. Furthermore,
the poll is directed to Biden supporters and posted in the Biden Group.
On Edit, Perhaps you are referring to the Act Blue account. However, your comment was responding to my post, not the poll - am I correct or in error? |

5. I probably misunderstood what was being asked. I was thinking it was asking for donations
through ActBlue to Joe Biden, and I didn't think that could be done until he actually entered the race.
Right now if I go try to find a place to donate to Joe Biden on the internet, it doesn't look like there is anywhere I can do that, and I think the reason for that is because he hasn't officially announced. As I said, maybe I don't understand the process involved. I realize this is the Biden Group, and I am NOT against Joe Biden. In fact, I believe out of all the candidates he has the best chance to win the general election, and the polls seem to indicate that. My comment was basically can you solicit money for a candidate before they officially get in the race? That is all it was about Thanks |

6. Thanks Steve. I should have assumed that. I am a little dense sometimes. It is
quite nice of you to help setup these things for the various Democratic campaigns that haven't done so themseleves

8. ActBlue doesn't skim ANYTHING
I have raised over $100,000 for dozens of candidates on ActBlue BTW. Only the bank charge for the transaction is lost. That is why CANDIDATES use ActBlue to begin with. ActBlue does ask for an OPTIONAL tip. I think it is a forgone conclusion Joe will be announcing soon. Why else is he the #2 choice on DU of those that have bothered to pick a candidate over in DP? Like other POTUS candidates he will use ActBlue too! OS |
