Colombian Attorney Summons Former Commander for False Positves
Bogota, Aug 10 (Prensa Latina) Colombia's Attorney's Office has summoned the former commander of the National Army and retired general Mario Montoya to give evidence as part of the investigations into what is known here as false-positive results.

En la mañana de este lunes un fiscal delegado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia se inició el interrogatorio al general retirado del Ejército, Mario Montoya, en las investigaciones que se tienen por las ejecuciones extrajudiciales en Medellín.
El militar es investigado por varios casos de “falsos positivos” que supuestamente se habrían presentado durante la Operación Orión que se desarrolló en la comuna 13 de Medellín en 2002.
