On some level, despite their attacks on him, they realize that Bill is beloved and admired. So much so, his mere presence in the vicinity of a polling place is seen as giving her an unfair advantage. They are just going to have to accept the reality that the vast majority of Democrats love and admire Bill and Hillary.
