State Department confirms Hillary Clinton email violated no laws or policies: (HILLARY GROUP)

The State Department publicly confirmed today that Hillary Clinton’s use of personal email while serving as Secretary of State violated no laws or policies that were in place at the time, bringing an end to the substantive side of the “email scandal” if certainly not the political side. Clinton’s opponents in the 2016 election and their followers have been hoping the issue would force her out of the election, but now they’ll be reduced to simply trying to create a scandal where none exists, after the department’s official words today.

State Department official spokesperson John Kirby appeared live on CNN today and flat out stated that “she was not violating policy.” Like many other high ranking officials who came before and during her tenure, Hillary Clinton opted to bypass the wonky email servers provided by the department due to the fact that they couldn’t, for instance, properly work with mobile email apps on smartphones. Previous Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice have acknowledged having done the same. The news comes as a disappointment to those in politics who viewed the controversy as their best shot at catching up to Clinton, who has a massive lead in national polls both within her own party and across party lines.

Clinton turned over her email server to the FBI earlier this month in the name of full disclosure. But with the State Department having now confirmed that her use of that server violated no laws or policies, the FBI investigation is moot and will confirm the same. Opponents will continue to attempt to turn Hillary Clinton’s email into a scandal by making ongoing remarks about the supposed impropriety or illegality of what she’s done, but those statements can now officially be regarded as lies going forward. The remaining question is how many, if any, undecided voters will believe those lies.

Oh, but heaven forbid there be a positive story about a Clinton, especially one which might actually exonerate a Clinton. Exonerate a Clinton yet AGAIN.

I forget who the woman was on their morning show interviewing him but he sure befuddled her.

I remember him going, "feelings? Feelings are facts now?" in response to her suggestion that the public feels something is up with her darn e-mails and that therefore HRC is perceived as untrustworthy.

Nothing on MSNBC about it so far, though. Only Dem-related (non-Trump/bush-related) reports making air are the present obsession with Joe Biden's "will he or won't he".

I prefer the other candidate as well, but I still consider Hillary Clinton far and away the best choice compared to anyone in the clown car. And as it stands, she still will most likely be our candidate. But lets have honest criticism, honest debate on positions, decide the primary winner. I as a Bernie supporter, will never use this kind of unsubstantiated smear bullshit against HRC to chalk up "points". Just as milking the false meme that "Bernie doesn't like black people" is disgusting, so is jumping onto the email-gate, or Benghazi!!! made-up "scandals" pushed by Fox News and the GOP.

scandal has been pushed to the max by the goPropaganda Machine, as was Benghazi.

Any "Dem" that tries to milk that.. isn't a Dem.

And, FYI this is Hillary's Group.

One would think that after SO many investigations and SO many "scandals" that turn out to be a big load of NOTHING, the enemy might just give up. Yes I know they're desperate to find something, anything, to ruin the Clintons, but hey - after awhile, when everything comes up in zeroes - one would think they'd give up.

CRIMINY! They went through the Clintons' underwear drawers and bellybutton lint from Arkansas to Washington and back, for more years than Bill was even in the White House, trying to dig up something-anything. They PERSECUTED these two people nonstop. They hurled every phony allegation imaginable at them, up to and including "Hillary murdered Vince Foster"; and richard mellon scaife threw untold unlimited millions of dollars at anybody who tried, via his shifty little "Arkansas Project," aside from the, what? SEVENTY million dollars the GOP spent on investigating All Things Clinton on multiple fishing expeditions and witch-hunts of every sort. And all they were able to find that would even minimally stick was a ridiculously-stupid illicit blowjob. One that made them look as bad as Bill Clinton did - if not worse.

The whole impeachment business they spewed at him was a blowjob in and of itself.

One would think they'd eventually tire of this useless waste of time and move on to other things. Hell, there are all kinds of things they could investigate just in the Trump and bush departments that would keep themselves going for decades!
