I got my first alert tonight in LBN!! for answering a question in what I thought was pretty neutral but maybe not entirely neutral. But I've been on two or three juries today, about par for a normal day on DU until mid summer I guess.

I was on a jury earlier today that was a 7-0 Leave.. I was #3.. I'm going to Abuse Alert it, right Now! I'm glad it was just an alert you got and not a stupid hide..

This particular fabrication of "meeting the Pope for 5 minutes.. " has me more furious than any of his other stunts.. and I'm not even Catholic.. it's like .. "how dare he impose his political stunts on Pope Francis?!".

But I am not surprised in the least about the alert stalking, glad that the mandatory vacation isn't being enforced right now, I'd probably be here wondering where everyone went a lot.

I know when I was new here I said something not so favorable of the president not realizing I was in the POB group at the time. Learned the lesson though. I was complaining about a policy I don't like or something. He sure is breaking past the wall of irrelevance called "lame duck" in style, isn't he? I voted for him three times. I voted for Hillary in the 08 primaries but was quite impressed that Obama won. What I like most is that he has had absolutely no baggage for the Rs to try and sink him with, he just smiles and keeps on truckin'.

I just joined the group a few minutes ago, it feels safe here. It's getting so ridiculous out there in the open fora. I have started lurking more, it also helps to see who is trying to argue with me after I put them on ignore, and that list is now loooong. I think I put two or three posters on the list every day.

Anyway, back to reading and thinking!
