Like HRC would want to keep minimum wage down. Did they not listen to what she SAID?!
Very disappointed in Bill Press.

Sad to hear he's stopped thinking.
I think Press would have preferred Warren, but she didn't want to run.

These talking head can't ever seem to make an actual factual point EVER!
Here's a handy comparative calculator!
What $15 buy in one place is quite different in what it buys in another....talk about income inequality!

(16,104 posts)The Democrats in the Senate have the $12/hr minimum wage going nowhere.
Sanders says he has a bill for $15/hr - that's more likely?
And then we have the real world:
Alabama passed a bill Thursday, largely along party lines, that bars cities and counties from raising the minimum wage or requiring employers to provide leave or other benefits. Because the law applies retroactively, it wipes out Birminghams raise.
Republican legislative leaders fast-tracked the bill in order to pass it before Birminghams raise was set to take effect March 1. The GOP enjoys super-majorities in both houses. Within an hour or so of the bills passage, Gov. Robert Bentley (R) announced he had signed it.

Hillary is exactly right! Get $15 where you can. It won't come out of a Republican Congress. Or Red States.
Get real, Bernie!
