Girl, 13, arrested for driving drunk (in Rapid City, SD)

According to the Rapid City Journal, the girl " caused an estimated $5,000 in damage to the garage and its door" and " was very uncooperative with police officers". The girl also "was reportedly driving a pickup that someone loaned a family member".
