humpback whale, nolonger on the endangered list?(previously posted under Environment & Energy)

Normally, such headlines would be welcomed by environmental organizations.

However, the removal of the Humpback Whale from the endangered list have some experts worried about the Harper government true agenda.

Is it just a sleazy solution to a previous embarrassment from the environment ministry in Canada?
