Did the court rule on Kayne West's appeal to get on the ballot?

Friday, I visited with our county clerk who was almost glued to his newsfeed...

why?

Because he has ordered $20,000 of printed ballots which will become scrap paper if West's appeal is granted....

I think there are 71 other clerks in the same position

1. I'd love to see him do a little time for voter fraud.

2. Latest I can find from 9/4

From Friday morning: https://www.wpr.org/judge-decides-keep-kanye-west-lawsuit-over-november-ballot-state-court

Rapper Kanye West's lawsuit demanding election officials place him on Wisconsin's presidential ballot in November will remain in state court.

U.S. District Judge William Griesbach decided late Thursday to keep the matter in state court, rejecting the Wisconsin Elections Commission's attempt to move it to federal court. Griesbach said the case should remain in state court in part because it's the "proper forum" for cases that apply to state law, even state law that applies to federal elections.

3. That's the most recent I see, too,

CCAP still shows the case closed because of change of venue to Federal Court, though there were motions filed on Friday.

4. Seriously where will those 10 votes go otherwise

I donít see him making a big splash in any state. Neither candidate will be hurt or helped but Kanye. Too many have watched this unfold.
