Why not recall Walker again?

A recall petition can be filed against Walker on January 5, 2016. With all the blindside damage and overreach in the first two months of his second term, I think he would lose a recall election this time. Wisconsin is on life support and I don't see how it can survive four more years with Walker in office and no checks and balances. And think of all the ability a Democrat in office would have to right some wrongs, thanks to Walker's consolidation of power.

Why not? Is there some reason the process can't begin? What do we have to lose?

and then another election which is not cheep. Give it a try Wisconsin. But make sure voters don't vote him a fourth time.

is send him to Washington. I am only half serious. But consider: some folks I know who are fans of his don't want him to leave the state for fear of all his "big bold initiatives" getting undone

Because even if you did get Walker re-called you don't get a Democrat replacement automatically.

But go ahead, if he wins again you've added to his résumé.

If he loses you get Rebecca.

there were a lot of Democrats who felt that recall was improper last time....would probably feel the same way now.

Sad to say, but out bench is not very deep.

Running Barrett a second time was foolish, but there weren't a lot of choices.

he would have run during the first recall.

We need more up and coming Democrats who are experienced at the state level and willing to run for statewide or national office. If Feingold does not run for Senate in 2016, who is going to run against Johnson? It should be easy to think of a few people who would be willing to run, but its not.

Edit: To run a Senate race you need to raise around $20-$25 million. Feingold can do that because he has both state and national support. But its a formidable amount of money for most candidates to raise, and anyone else who was thinking of running would have to be fundraising by now.

Walker-Kleefisch spent $36.4 million and Burke-Lehman spent $17.3 million.

It varies a lot from one state to another, and the costs continue to go up with every election.

for POTUS. He will survive another recall. Wisconsin seems to like getting it in the backside with no lube. Sorry for the imagery, but I have NO FAITH in my fellow citizens voting to save themselves. They seem to want to save Walker, the rich, and guns. God. Gays.
