"We've got to get some motion," Williams said. "We're like any other business. If you're not making a product, you've got to move on."
Williams said he didn't know how long the company would remain committed to the proposed $1.5 billion, 700-job mine were a bill scheduled for a vote in the Senate Tuesday doesn't pass.
"To wait another year, a year-and-a-half, two years? I don't know, if somebody comes along, if there's a better apple, you bite that apple," Williams said. "I'll keep hoping. This is a great little deposit. It's a great place to be."

... cause if they have to clean up their mess, they can't make a profit.
We cannot allow them to pollute our water and despoil our environment without repurcussions. Thanks to Republican Dale Schultz for resisting his party on this.
Schulz won't change his vote, said in the paper this morning, he's holding firm. He's the repub that we hoped would vote with us Dems and he has. This one is a big one and he is holding firm so far.
