Earlier this month, I got a notification that "my PSE bill was ready," but it turned out to be an older, long-since-paid bill from early last summer. A couple of days later, I got an apology e-mail from PSE about it. It was certainly not the same scam as this one, but I wonder if it was connected in any way.
