Spectacular news - the lost kitten made it home!!!!

My friend called me this morning and said Goba is home!!!!!! She said when she was there the weekend of 9/29-30 she was able to find a live trap, and her son's neighbor set it up and said he'd monitor it because she lives in Fort Worth and her son is swamped with med school. The neighbor told her yesterday that he'd been hearing meowing outside his window, and this morning about 6:00 he heard meowing, went out and found Goba in the trap. Goba was ecstatic to see his person and hugged him frantically; he also ate up a storm! Apparently he doesn't look much the worse for wear. She's driving down tonight to pick up Goba to take him back to Fort Worth to live, as her son is so busy and they're afraid it will happen again. I know the son felt incredibly guilty about what happened. They have two other cats at her home, and the cats mean the world to them.

I've been out of town for a couple of days and I missed my two cats a lot. Over the past year I've received more love from them than from my family.
