Dallas DA Susan Hawk, still battling mental illness in Arizona, has worked just 66 days this year

As Susan Hawk continues to battle mental illness, records show Dallas County's top prosecutor formally showed up to work just 66 days this year — less than half of the possible workdays so far in 2016.

The district attorney has been off indefinitely since May, seeking multiple rounds of treatment for what has been described as depression, anxiety and mood disorders.

But she kept a sporadic schedule in the weeks leading up to her latest leave of absence, according to records that show which days Hawk used her key card to access the courthouse.

For example, she worked six days the first week of March, putting in extra hours on a Saturday. She came into work three days the next week, then just once the week of March 14.
