3. So glad you posted this. I spent many hours, weeks,.months

working with Ms. McAfee over the years when the progressive tides were running stronger. She did lots of nuts & bolts work, and literally died at her post. Things look so bleak here on DU with so much unfettered hatred and attacks on fellow progressive Democrats. Good to be reminded of a time when we worked together.

Not many can say they've walked the walk and talked the talk and be literal. She could. She was an inspiration to so many.

I suspected, or at least tried to prepare myself for this outcome. Still, it's hurts for the loss of a great fighter and person. I wish her family peace.
