This happens in Pennsylvania more than it should. It should never happen.

2. I hate those damn things. Kids around here tear up the public parks, zoom through people's yards.

I saw a cop try to stop a group of them last summer and they took off through a bean field. The cop couldn't follow and they were out in the field donuting around and destroying the farmer's crops.

3. I live on a city street in Pittsburgh, about 2 blocks from a city park with an ATV run

Well OK I guess I'm glad there's a run for ATV's at the park, however these kids are tearing down the streets all day long. Just because the park allows ATVs, they think the city streets are OK and safe for them. They're too young to drive a car, so of course they have no idea how dangerous it is for drivers, trying to avoid these kids.

Parents need to supervise and keep their kids safe.
