Village parade was bigger, better than ever.
Broadcast on Channel 11 this year the Village Halloween Parade was a lot of fun even with the occasional showers during the evening.
Everyone looked like they were having a great time. Good to see New Yorkers know how to party without being jerks (if you know what I mean.)
