Of course they are going to count the affability ballots that are eligible. It's called the law.

Should we give him a lollipop for that and claiming he runs a "clean shop"??

I recall hearing that idea, but I am unaware what state, if any, rolls that way. The affidavits are counted unless they are deemed invalid.

are found, they they usually do not take the time as it will not really change the outcome.

was a judge in chicago several times. that was my understanding of the rules.
same w absentees.
