AG, Comptroller announce arrests of Tanski, two others

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Comptroller Tom DiNapoli just put out a release on the arrest and indictment of developer Bruce C. Tanski of Clifton Park as well as Katina M. Fogarty of Latham and Nicholas M. DiNova Jr. of Halfmoon for their roles in “an alleged scheme to circumvent campaign finance laws.”

Tanski is charged with providing sums to straw donors, including Fogarty and DiNova, that we passed along to Wormuth’s campaign. She’s facing state and federal charges related to allegations that she stole from her campaign account.
