Attempted rape near Central Park

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police in Manhattan are searching for a sexual predator who tried to rape a woman near Central Park.

It happened just before 3 a.m. on Tuesday near West 64th Street and West Drive.

Police released a surveillance image of the man they're looking for.

They say he attempted to rape a 30-year-old woman, but she was able to escape.
