Bill to liberalize marijuana laws has no Minnesota co-sponsors
The "CARERS Act of 2015" has been introduced in the Senate as S.683 and in the House as H.R.1538.
It would change the federal classification of pot from Schedule I (no medical use) to Schedule II (has medical use). That would lead to more research into pot's medical uses.
So far, the bill has no MN co-sponsors.
