"To further highlight the severity of the situation, the following is incredibly horrific."

I've walked through this intersection a couple of times. This is right up the hill from a branch of the DC Library.

To further highlight the severity of the situation, the following is incredibly horrific. This happened last night at 8:22pm. Pedestrian “in a marked crosswalk” Killed by TWO Hit and Run Drivers who ran Red Lights Last Night: https://popville.com/2022/03/pedestrian-killed-dc-hit-and-run-drivers/

I've noticed the same. Lots of aggressive tail-gating, as well. Midnight Writer Mar 2022 #2

I've seen increasingly aggressive drivers over the past year. Speeding, running lights, don't care about pedestrians on crosswalks. My neighborhood had a car crash into a building after running over a lot of sidewalk and some fenced in garden area. It's dangerous out there.

I have walked by the OP intersection many times. I guess I'll stick to the gym for cardio. Damn.
