It's not a rectangularly shaped building. It appears to a trapezoid, with only 2 sides parallel to one another. (You can see it here in google maps: https://goo.gl/maps/gGqZSn1uqBPEzbWR6 ) The shape makes part of the space limited in use, because of a very sharp angle at one corner.
