So Cal looking for 2 -4 inches rain weds and thurs. not a wind event tho but stay dry!

might be bad for some burn areas but the rest of the plants and animals need it badly

She had forgotten what it was. She is so good that she will go peepee even if she doesn't have to just to appease me.

We are still only 23-50% average rainfall for this time of year. We need a month of steady light rain for it to sink in and help the severe drought we are experiencing down in the lower half of the state.
