This is a bit out of date but provides some good information. It is a Republican view so they are likely to dislike what we like:

(39 posts)1. Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett
Secretary of State Ken Bennett is warning an international delegation expected to monitor voting that they will be subjected to arrest if they are within 75 feet of a polling place and refuse to leave.
The U.N. Observers are part of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. They are sending observers to polling places around the country on Election Day after a petition from liberal-leaning voting rights groups, including the NAACP and ACLU, suggested their presence could help combat what they fear would be an effort to suppress votes from supporters of President Obama.
I would have posted this elsewhere, but I'm not "old" enough yet.
