Showtime Sets Summer Premiere Dates for Weeds, Episodes

Showtime's stoner dramedy Weeds will return for its eighth season on Sunday, July 1 at 10/9c, the network announced Wednesday.

Last season on Weeds, which took place three years in the future, Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker) restarted her pot-selling business in New York City and reunited with the rest of the Botwin clan (plus Doug) after her stint in federal prison for the murder of Pilar. The season ended on a big cliff-hanger when a mysterious sniper fired a bullet at the Botwin family as they were enjoying a seemingly peaceful family dinner in Connecticut.

1. Anyone know when season 6 & 7 will make it to netflix streaming?

We managed to get through the first 5 seasons about a year and a half ago, and loved it...
