Newman Road near the Jessamine County line. Adventures in manual focus.

Olympus EPM2 Tokina EL 28mm 2.8 and featuring a new EVF to help with the manual lenses. I still need to mess with the diopter more to make sure I have it right for my eyes.

There's a creek on a relative's land. It features some nice palisades and a waterfall. I need to work on my conditioning before I attempt a photoshoot there, it is challenging terrain made worse by the fallen leaves. I visited it a couple days ago. I made the trip OK, but I had a fatigue related mistake. That won't do.

I love the light captured in the first four.

I love the light and shadows in the BW.

It's easier to repair in monochrome.

for horses. It seems to be good for vineyards too.
