1. I saw them in about '69 in FSU's football stadium. More than the music, I remember

the cloud of pot smoke that filled the stadium. The cops just gave up and sat down and watched the concert. Very unusual for N. Florida cops of the day. Joints were being rolled somewhere down the stands, lit and passed up with every row taking a toke before sending it up. That old weed with roots in hell....
